Viterbo can be reached by train (Viterbo Porta Romana station or Orte railway station) or by plane (Rome international airport Leonardo da Vinci).

A bus shuttle service for the transfer Leonardo da Vinci airport/Viterbo will be available for the conference attendees on september 20, 2016, at 14:00 and at 19:00. At the end of the workshop on september 23, 2016, the bus shuttle service will be available for the transfer Viterbo/Leonardo da Vinci airport. The bus will leave from the conference site at 15:00.
The bus shuttle service available for the conference participants will take approximately 2 hours for the transfer Leonardo da Vinci airport/Viterbo and Viterbo/airport.

To Anna

On September 11 Anna Rocco, a young scientist of the Istituto di Metodologie Chimiche of CNR, passed away killed by a bacterial infection, acquired while she was giving birth to her first baby. Anna leaves her baby, her husband, her parents and her sisters.
This tragedy, once more, bring us to face the fact that medicine is still without weapons against many pathologies and how important is the commitment of all of us in the field of health.
We wish to dedicate this conference to Anna with the hope that we all can contribute to avoid other tragedies.

Last updates: The registration and the opening ceremony of the Congress are scheduled for Wednesday, September 21, at 09.00 and 10.00, respectively.
The Closing remarks and lunch are planned for Friday, September 23, at 12.45.
Conference language: The official conference language is English.
No simultaneous translation service will be provided during the conference.
